Great central location near shops, subway, and major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the friendly and attentive staff as well as the cozy lobby bar.

The parking was a big problem for those staying multiple nights. It was difficult to secure a spot even with a ticket.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the U-Bahn and in a beautiful area. It is also convenient for those wanting to visit the greater Berlin area and is situated near a very busy shopping district. The staff provide great service and are friendly and warm, always ready to assist with any questions. the hotel offers a breakfast buffet and has a spa/gym in the basement.

Some of the chairs in the room had holes in them.

Very good hotel, clean, extremely polite staff, room size ok (I expected the President club to be bigger), excellent location for using a car (rented a car and always managed to find a public parking place behind the hotel - no need to pay for parking at the hotel), (really short) walking distance from the Zoo and KaDeWe, KuDam etc, free unlimited WiFi.

Kind and informative reception staff. Plenty of closet and shelf space. Sound proof windows. Use of computers and Internet near the lobby. Great location -- served by bus and several U-lines, and could walk to KaDeWe and the Ku'Dam.

Great location, just a short walk to the subway and main shopping area. The breakfast selection was excellent, with lots of choices. The hotel room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily.

The bar allowed smoking, which was a bit inconvenient for non-smokers. The pillows in the room were thin and uncomfortable.

Good location, resonable price.

It is difficult to review this as we were upgraded, so we cannot give a review of the standard room. Room was comfortable and quiet. Big bathroom with night light. Tea & coffee provided. Near zoo; rest of city walkable if feeling energetic, otherwise Wittenbergplatz metro station close by. If not using hotel, options for breakfast and dinner within walking distance.

Although the "free films" channel was advertised in English the films were only available in German.

Best Western Hotel President It’s a business style hotel, what more to say? Coffee/Tea making facilities, Shower above bath, clean and tidy. Beds were extremely soft, too much for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English (actually most of the folk we met in Germany/Poland spoke great English.) Location is good for shopping and restaurants. Not the place for two weeks with the kids but great for a long weekend away.
